OCS Terms of Services
Agreement between you and Online Consultancy Services, #29 Balaji Gardens 5th street, Near Devi Avenue, S.M.Palayam, G.N.Mills, Coimbatore, TN, 641029.
Price Change
OCS reserves the right to change prices with at least thirty (30) days’ notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review billing information.
Cancellation & Refund
Requests must be on Company Letterhead signed/sealed. No refunds for domain registrations, renewals, or orders over 30 days.
Service Transfer
Initiated by Owner/Director on Company Letterhead. No refunds of any fee (including taxes/admin fees) applicable during transfer.
Service Suspension
Access continues until the end of the prepaid term. No refunds of administrative fees or taxes will be provided.
Service Termination
We may terminate access, delete files, or confiscate domain names without notice for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Conduct harmful to OCS business
- Abuse toward OCS staff
- Lawful/Legal compliance
Upon termination, all user websites and data may be deleted.
Limitation of Liability
In No Event Will The Company (OCS) Be Liable For Any Indirect, Consequential, Or Punitive Damages, Including Lost Profits. Liability Is Limited To The Amount Paid By You In The Three (3) Months Prior To The Initial Action. This is an aggregate limit that will not increase with multiple claims.

External GovernanceAs an authorized partner and service provider, our solutions are also governed by the master service agreements of our infrastructure and platform partners.
